Emissions Monitoring
The Aethalometer is used to measure carbon particles from directly emitting sources. The instrument performs direct measurement and in-site analysis at point sources (coal-fired combustors) and mobile sources (tailpipe testing). The High Range configuration provides a wide dynamic range measurement to provide accurate measurements under different loading conditions. The sample is directly extracted from the source, eliminating the need for dilution and providing immediate measurement results.
