Occupational Exposure

In occupational health studies, the Aethalometer can be used to monitor the exposure of workers to exhaust emissions and fumes arising from fuel combustion. Examples include the underground mining environment, railroad and truck drivers, vehicle repair garage technicians, etc.

The aethalometer can be used to trigger an external alarm based on mass concentration thresholds that are pre-set by the user.
