Service and Repairs

Magee Scientific Company is available to field any technical inquiries you may have 24 hours per day. We have technical staff located in three different global time zones, therefore sending an email may actually provide for a quicker response. Our telephone support hours are available from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm USA Pacific Time (UTC -0700).

Magee Scientific Company has a standard Routine Maintenance Service program. This is recommended on an annual basis if the instrument is in continuous use. We perform this service at one of our two factory locations: Berkeley, CA or Ljubljana, Slovenia. Our typical turnaround time is about 4-5 days.
